The Challenge
A local independent cafe relied on PDF menus that were hard to read on mobile and third-party booking apps that took a high percentage cut. They had no way of updating menus dynamically or collecting customer contact details for repeat marketing.
The Solution
Developed a responsive Next.js storefront featuring an interactive, searchable menu. Integrated a zero-commission reservations pipeline linked to their internal calendar. Deployed an automated AI-driven email follow-up sequence via n8n to encourage sign-ups for their new loyalty program.
