The Challenge
A busy local dental clinic experienced high staff turnover and administrative bottlenecks. New patients had to fill out long paper intake forms in the waiting room, leading to delays and administrative data-entry errors.
The Solution
Designed and built a patient-facing web application that handles intake forms digitally, conforming to strict security best practices. Programmed an automatic schedule router matching patient requests to available practitioners. Connected data flows to their local EHR systems.
